2022-2027 Strategic Plan

The 2022–2027 Strategic Plan outlines Rugby Manitoba’s vision for strengthening and growing the game across the province. Developed with input from clubs, athletes, coaches, referees, and volunteers, the plan focuses on building a sustainable rugby community while expanding opportunities for participation at every level of the sport.


The strategy is guided by several key priorities:

Growing
