High School Rugby in Manitoba

High school rugby in Manitoba gives students the chance to compete, build skills, and represent their schools. Teams from Grades 9–12 play in different formats like sevens, tens, or fifteen-a-side, with a strong focus on teamwork and sportsmanship. The season often leads to provincial championships, where top teams from across Manitoba compete.

The Winnipeg High School Rugby League organizes games, schedules, and development for teams in Winnipeg and nearby areas, while the Westman High School Rugby League does the same for schools in western Manitoba. Together, these leagues help grow the sport and bring teams together for provincial competition.
