Coaches

At Rugby Manitoba, we support coaches at every stage of their journey—from parents and volunteers helping at the grassroots level to experienced coaches leading competitive teams.

Through education, certification programs, and ongoing development opportunities in partnership with Rugby Canada, coaches gain the tools and knowledge needed to create safe, positive, and effective learning environments for players.

Whether you are new to coaching or looking to advance your skills, Rugby Manitoba is committed to supporting you as you help grow the game and inspire the next generation of rugby players.
